You build the crowd before anyone walks through the door. This role covers event communication, community outreach, guest list management, and representing Nocturne and Bleach in the city's underground scene. You know the local culture, you know the people, and you understand that what we're building here isn't for everyone - and that's the point.

Previous experience in event promotion or nightlife marketing is a plus.
